UX/UI Designer | GEICO

December 2016 – Present

Reimagining insurance, one pixel at a time. As a UX/UI designer and project manager, I help manage the entire design process for projects that enhance the user experience of GEICO Mobile and internal and external applications by utilizing tools like Axure, UserTesting.com, Optimal Workshop, Creative Cloud, InVision, and JIRA.

I helped start the GEICO Power User Community, where we recruit real GEICO customers to help shape the future of GEICO Mobile.

July 2015 – Present

While in this three-year leadership development program, I’m working with the latest technologies in web and mobile while developing technical, business, and project management skills. As one of GEICO’s Emerging Leaders, I am fortunate enough to be mentored by executives, attend leadership conferences, and work on projects that impact GEICO’s business.

Digital Claims Product Manager | GEICO

March 2016 – December 2016

I worked at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience to deliver products that are valuable, usable and feasible. I was responsible for developing the product vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for projects in GEICO’s IT Claims division. I planned for releases, managing features, and dependencies in and across teams. I helped define and iterate products through the agile development process, solving problems as they popped up and closely managing scope.
